This was by far one of the best experiences customer service wise I have experienced. Russ was on time, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions. Russell came out to fix my two gas fireplaces today. It was a great experience;. He showed up on time, quickly fixed my issues. He also spent time making sure I knew all of the options I had with respect to the remote control for operating the fireplaces. This was the best experience I had ever had with a fireplace service. Russell is definitely a keeper!!!!
Russell is old school. Returns calls, shows up when promised, and was there for follow-up help. I moved to a new home in North Boulder moving from Cherry Creek. He is the very 1st service call I made. I was VERY lucky. He had another service call in the neighborhood and he added me on to his end of day. he could have gone home and he choose to help me out. I am very grateful and appreciate his time. I called several companies and their service times we out 3 to 4 weeks, and their fees were crazy. Fresh Look Fireplaces was fair and reasonable. Worth every penny. He fixed my Heatalitor, had the parts on his truck, cleaned it, and gave me instructions on how to care for it annually. He is such a nice guy I didn't want to say goodbye. I would use him again and recommend him to friends and family.
